Hardrock Endurance Run

This race is one of the most popular ultra runs in the United States. The 100.5-mile race is held in Colorado, where it starts and ends in Silverton. It crosses four wheel drive roads, dirt paths, and major passes that top 13,000 feet in altitude, making it challenging in the higher portions of the trail.

This run includes nearly 34,000 feet of climbing along the way and a total of nearly 68,000 feet of descent. Additions to the difficulty level are thunderstorms, high winds, severe weather changes, and sub-zero temperatures.
