Ted Bundy
Ted Bundy was responsible for the murder and rape of multiple women all across the United States in the 1970s. During a time when free love and hitchhiking were common, women began disappearing in multiple states. Known for his gruesome and horrific processes, he raped, beat, and murdered women, many of which looked similar to a college girlfriend.
The FBI didn’t become involved in this case until after Bundy had already been jailed for his crimes. During transport to Colorado, the murderous predator escaped from his transport vehicle. Because of the sheer level of terror involved in his crimes, the FBI immediately stepped in and recaptured him.
