5 Factor Diet

Eva Mendez and Jessica Simpson are said to have lost weight with the 5 Factor Diet. This diet, made popular around 2013, was designed by celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak, and is also known as the “Way of Life” plan.

Here you are focused on consuming five meals per day. With each meal, you are consuming five ingredients in the meal (this contains fats, carbs, fiber, and other healthy ingredients), and the avoidance of sugar is also a premise while on this program. You are also going to exercise five days a week for half an hour, and you are allowed to consume the foods you like best during one day of the week on the plan.
