Bagels are King
Although bagels are a popular bread product throughout the United States, the many bagel shops may indicate that they are even more popular in New York City. If you don’t like bagels, don’t move to NYC. They are the food of choice in the city for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It doesn’t matter, people love them.
There is a chance you could move to NYC and eventually come to love bagels because of the many shops serving them. You may even eventually find your favorite spots to visit, and your own personal specialties over time. But if you can’t be swayed, at least be prepared to live in a city where bagels are king.
