Chrono Trigger
One of the older RPG games, Chrono Trigger, remains a beloved part of childhood for many adults. It was conceived by some of the same minds behind the popular show Dragon Ball Z, the classic Dragon Quest, and the successful Final Fantasy games. In fact, many of the characters found in Chrono Trigger are inspired by the Final Fantasy series itself.
One thing this game was particularly noted for was the fact that it’s not as easy as other RPGs. There is a significant level of brainpower and skill required to create and tend to a character that is able to succeed to the end of the game. While the original is over a decade old, you can also play a port on more current gear–the producers have made it available on both iPhone and iPod touch.
