Scandal
Scandal is an ABC television show created by Shonda Rhimes, who is also the genius behind the popular show, Grey’s Anatomy. Much like Grey’s, Scandal is a drama, but instead of being based in a hospital as a medical drama, Scandal is based in Washington, D.C. and is political, rather than medical. Scandal ranks as one of the highest rated dramas on television.
This show which follows the affair of the United States President, Fitzgerald Grant, III, and Olivia Pope, who runs a crises management firm for assisting politicians in public relations. The show has not only captivated fans since the first time it aired, but has continually pushed the boundaries with its drama-filled plots in each weekly episode. Whether you get hooked on the show or not, its very likely that you are at least familiar with the story lines and characters, and it is even more likely that you know someone who is addicted to the show as well.
