It is illegal to throw a ball at someone’s face for fun.
This law actually does make some sort of sense, considering that simple assault is illegal in all states. However, it is somewhat odd that they had to specifically create a law about throwing a ball at someone’s face for entertainment. It makes you wonder what went on back then for them to have to put such a regulation in place!
