Don’t Talk About It
All you want to do is talk to the other driver to find out if they are okay; other than this, do not share information prior to the police arriving at the scene.
You don’t ask how fast they were going, who was in the right or wrong, how they were driving, or for any other details or questions. Don’t talk to anyone until the police get there, and even then, only answer what they ask.
