Take Photographs
Having photographs in hand to present to your insurer will come in handy. Make sure you capture them to show the damage, and to show where the accident took place.
They will determine fault. Even if one mitigating factor exists, which can show you weren’t entirely at fault, this is going to help your case, and could help avoid huge increases in policy rates.
