Commingled accounts occur more often than you would expect. If you have a common name, but someone else has a different middle initial, their information can accidentally land on your report. Or, if you have siblings, it is possible their information mistakenly shows up on your report as well.
Make sure you report the errors, especially if they show unpaid balances, or open inquiries which you did not apply for on the report. If it is family member, make sure you get a letter stating that all errors are resolved for proof that you are not the person with the inquiries on your report.
