Beagles
Known as a faithful pack breed, Beagles were traditionally used as hunting dogs. Many beagles are still in sync with their hunting origins, and they tend to be semi-independent creatures. Due to beagles being primarily pack animals, they are said to be very sociable with other dogs and people. Dog owners are often drawn to their low-maintenance coats that require minimal grooming and upkeep.
While beagles tend to be more independent compared to other breeds, they still require a sufficient amount of physical activity, or they can put on weight very quickly. It is also recommended that they reside in spacious areas, giving them enough room to roam around.
