Stereotypes surrounding the driving skills of groups of people are generally inaccurate, with bad drivers making up a part of every demographic imaginable. However, Utah ranks 12th in people who disobey the laws of the road, which can indicate a higher number of people considered “bad drivers.”

There are, however, surveys that rank Utah’s drivers fairly safe, but among the rudest drivers in the country. If you are from outside of the state and plan on driving, it may make sense to be sensitive to these stereotypes.
