Laguna Ridge Trail
The Laguna Ridge Trail, located near Talavera Drive, is one of a number of trails in Laguna Niguel. Some of the surfaces along the way are paved, and some portions are dirt surfaces, so you can choose your own comfort level. The terrain is flat, unless you veer toward the smaller Toovelt trail, which takes you down a steep hill. This is a great place for an endurance run.
This trail is one of the best kept secrets in the county and is not as crowded as other trails. However, there is no reason to worry; if you are going to run on the Laguna Ridge trail, you will be going past some of the safest gated residential communities in the county, including Laguna Sur and Monarch Point.
