The captivating tale of Adam and Eve is one of the most well-known stories from the Old Testament. Adam was the first man on Earth, and Eve was his wife. God gave them plenty of freedom, but he had one request: Do not eat the forbidden fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.
Adam and Eve lived for a while happy with this arrangement with God in the beautiful garden. They basically lived in bliss, not knowing what sin was they had everything they needed and a father in God who loved them. Life for them was amazing in the Garden of Eden until Eve came across the serpent, who was evil. The serpent is representative of Satan or the Devil, whose job it is to tempt those who love God. Eve was weak and gave in to the temptation to eat the forbidden fruit and share it with Adam. God was angry and made them leave the Garden for disobeying.
