Dade County School District has approximately 355,672 students. This district has a rating of 6 out of 10, which puts them as one of the best school districts in Florida. It is one of the few public school districts in the country that offers International Studies Program, as well as bilingual education. It has an average SAT score of 1670, with rest results showing students have an average of 550 in math, 560 in reading, and a 560 in writing.
Dade County schools are the fourth largest school district in the country with 392 schools. Some of the top ranked schools include Coral Park Elementary, Coral Reef Senior High School, Pinecrest Academy, and Young Women’s Preparatory Academy. Besides having great schools, you can also enjoy Miami Beach, Zoo Miami, and Oleta River State Park.
