Griffith Park
If you are planning your first date during the day, you should visit Griffith Park where you can hike if you and your date are up to it, or you can visit the zoo. Griffith Park also has museums, golf, and a beautiful carousel that was built in 1937. Every horse on the carousel was carved and painted by hand.
A band organ also sits in the middle that has moving figurines while it plays. What’s even better is that much of the things you can do here are free or cost very little. This is the perfect first date for active couples.
