Wide Leg Squats
Squats are one of the best ways to strengthen all of the muscles in the thighs. The idea is to lower your upper body into a squat position and then return to a standing position using the muscles of your thighs and butt to lift. There are several types of squats that will firm, tone, and lift the muscles used. You may have to hold the squat for a certain period of time, or lift from the squat into a kick.
If you want to specifically tone the inner thighs, try wide leg squats. Use the typical squat technique, but instead keep your legs slightly wider than shoulder length during the squats. Repetition is the key to toning inner thigh muscles using wide leg squats, so plan to do at least six sets of 10 each day.
