Cabrillo Beach has worked extensively and has been somewhat successful in improving the water quality at the beach. They have even replaced beach sand and installed water circulation pumps. However, Cabrillo Beach has a ways to go before it can be eliminated from the list of California’s dirtiest beaches.
Although these particular California beaches are noted as some of the most heavily polluted areas, not all of the beaches in The Golden State are as polluted or dirty.
