Apple Martin
When Gwyneth Paltrow isn’t busy gushing about her supposedly wonderful friendship with her ex husband, belittling non-celeb moms, or taking food-stamp challenges, she likes to spend time with her daughter, Apple. Apple is the daughter of Paltrow and her former spouse, Chris Martin from Coldplay. This former duo also has a son together, and his name is Moses.
Reports differ on why the couple chose such a unique moniker for their child. Apparently, Martin’s booking agent also has a daughter named Apple, and they got the idea from him. Gwyneth has also been quoted as saying that she loves the name, because “Apples are so sweet, and they’re wholesome, and it’s biblical — and I just thought it sounded so lovely and … clean!”
