Ruben Studdard is also well known for his weight loss journey and has worked hard to slim down after his appearance on American Idol. He is also known for his talents as an R&B and gospel singer and continues to be one of American Idol’s most popular contestants.
Fortunately, his incredible weight loss does not overshadow the work he has done with his musical career. The season two winner, topped out another favorite, Clay Aiken. Studdard has released six albums, selling 2.59 million copies and has won a Grammy, as well as American Music awards – proving that these reality show stars can do quite well outside of the reality stage.
