Much like the cliffhangers and suspense, the shock value of Scandal keeps fans returning with every episode. At the end of many episodes, you are left shocked and wondering how that thing happened and how it will be taken care of in the next episode.
Viewers often say that at the end of each hour on Thursday nights, they are so shocked and surprised that they are left with their mouths gaping open. You may think the show can’t come up with something new or something that is going to throw you, but each week it does. Even if you know what is going on, where the characters are, and where the plot was leading for a particular show, you never fully expect what eventually unfolds.
