10 Reasons Cats are Better than Dogs

They are Quiet

You’ve probably never heard your neighbors cat outside or heard a cat meowing frantically when you ring your friend’s doorbell. Cats, for the most part, are rather quiet animals, with the exception of purring, which can actually be soothing from time to time.

Dogs bark, they whine, and they are constantly calling you to go out to play with them. This is not the case with cats. Not only do they spend a majority of the day sleeping and lounging, but their meow is not going to make nearly as much noise at 2 AM as a dog’s barking and growling. Not only are cats quiet, but they keep to themselves, and are most likely not going to annoy you with requests for constant attention.
