Indoor Pet
Cats, unlike dogs, can live their entire lives (all nine of them) in an indoor setting. Although many people choose to let their cats roam freely outdoors, this is not a requirement. Your cat is more than happy staying indoors safe and protected from the elements, and they never need to go outside. In fact, many cats prefer the comfort of the indoors, rather than having to be active and outdoors, as dogs typically do.
The dog or cat argument may be as old as the practice of living with cats and dogs itself. There is no denying dogs can be great pets, but they are often more work, require more attention, and need you to be around far more than cats. If you are a cat lover and have ever had a cat for a pet, you are likely familiar with some of the reasons they are often considered the superior breed in the world of pets.
