Stockton
Stockton is in Northern California, located in San Joaquin County in the farmlands. There are thousands of miles of conduits which make up the California Delta nearby Stockton.
The city had cut its police force by 20% amid the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis; however, it was able to pass a sales tax bill in 2013 that allowed it to finance an extra 120 cops. The total population is approximately 293,000, making it one of the larger cities on the list. The crime rate is 13.81 for violent crimes.
