Although unexpected, Milwaukee has two bars on the list of bars you need to visit in the U.S. The second must-visit is Braise, which provides a menu full of global wine and regional beer. An extra, interesting touch that adds to the Braise’s intrigue, is the unusual, but fun decor.
There is an entire wall in the bar made of reclaimed bowling lanes, and the cozy interior atmosphere also speaks through the farm-to-table menu options that are available for visitors to order from the menu. The cocktail menu is based on seasonal infusions, one being a cocoa-blend vodka, along with several other home brewed drink mixes for visitors to enjoy.
