There are few things more villainous than giving an order to kill puppies for the sake of fashion. But that is exactly what Cruella De Vil does. She is single-minded in her villainy, telling anyone who will listen that she will have those puppies made into a coat at any cost. Even her name is evil.
Cruella is one of the most stylish villains; she doesn’t hesitate to show off her wealth. She is always in a fur coat and uses a cigarette holder. She even has two-tone black and white hair that would match a Dalmation coat perfectly.
