Vegan BBQ Burger
Choosing to be a vegan doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a good BBQ burger. These incredible vegan BBQ burgers will taste even better than they look and pack all of the good nutrients you need.
Use soaked chickpeas and rice as the base of the patties and add in toasted sunflower seeds. Chop up some peppers, onions, garlic, and carrot for the patty. Once you have mashed the rice and chickpeas, mix everything up. Roast the patties and serve with baked gold potatoes.
