Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Smoothies are highly popular at the moment, mostly because they’re quick and easy and you can throw nearly anything you have in the fridge into one. A smoothie without any milk may seem like an odd concept, but this wonderful combination of goodness will blow you away. Packed with all the healthy nutrients such as oats, Chia seeds and almond milk, you will come back for more every time.
All you need to do for a pumpkin pie smoothie is whip up the almond milk, Chia seeds, and oats together and store them in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Add the mixture to the blender along with the molasses, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and a banana. Blend it all together and serve with whipped coconut cream on top and add a pinch of cinnamon as the finishing touch.
