It seems as if UFC fighters aren’t hurting, at least not for cash. Rashad Evans didn’t spend near as much as some of the other affluent Florida residents, but he still paid more than the average American for his Florida home.
His Boca Raton home is a bit lower in price than others, coming in at below $1 million, but still boasts some pretty nice features. It has a basketball court, six tennis courts, and a few other unique features within the housing community. It is also a bit smaller than the others, with 3500 square feet, which is much larger than the average home.
