Record Phone Calls
When it comes to conversations by phone, they are recorded on their end. But, you can do the same and record the conversation for your own protection as well.
If words get confused, if they say something wasn’t said, or if there are contradictions, you have it all recorded for yourself. It is an easy way to back up your written statements and notes with the collection agencies in question.
