It doesn’t hurt to interview the attorney as well. Who have you helped? What is your track record? What do you charge and what are the court fees? How long have you been a bankruptcy attorney? How many bankruptcies have you filed?
These are only a few of the questions you should ask. If an attorney gets annoyed or doesn’t know how to answer, he or she may not be the attorney for you. Asking questions is a good way to eventually land the best attorney for your case.
