Seek Advice
If you know other lawyers or legal professionals, ask for their advice. If you know someone who has filed for bankruptcy recently, especially close friends or family members, ask which bankruptcy attorney they hired and if they were happy with their work.
Having as much information possible will not only help you to hire the right people, but can help hire someone you are comfortable with. Make sure you ask around and get information from people you trust.
