Luke 19:27 details how Jesus states in the passage that those who are considered his “enemies” or worship any other God or being, should be brought to him. In turn, these individuals would be sacrificed and murdered, for believing in any other being or deity.
Not only is murder illegal today, mass murder, especially for the free will and ability to believe in what we choose, is something which would never occur in today’s society. During biblical times however, it seems this was just one of many acts where murder, rape, pillaging, famine, and other sacrificial acts, were legal, and conducted on a regular basis.
