This passage is about God creating all creatures (man, women, children, animals, etc) and eventually committing mass genocide because he did not consider how his creation would react. It also delves into sacrifice, as Noah and his family were the only individuals not sacrificed in the passage.

Whether or not you believe in genocide, mass killing of any group in large numbers, over beliefs or actions is illegal. Yet, God not only created everything, He also wiped everyone off the face of the Earth.
