Britain’s Got Talent: Susan Boyle Reveals Herself as a Rare Flower
Susan Boyle was–and is–a testament that you should never judge a book by its cover. Choosing to try out at Britain’s Got Talent, the middle-aged woman came out on stage in a frumpy outfit and cheeky attitude. While everyone expected her to fail, she blew all of the judges away with her heart-wrenching rendition of “I Dreamed a Dream.”
Susan’s foray onto the show placed her in a winning role, after which she quickly became an international singing sensation. Later diagnosed with Asperger’s, Susan Boyle reminded the public that both behavior and appearance should never be used to judge someone. Susan continues to succeed to this day and is an inspiration to those who may feel like they are held back by some of the issues that they have to deal with.
