Knee Crunches with an Inflatable Ball

For this exercise, you’ll need an inflatable exercise ball. Start by placing the ball on the floor, and then get into a pushup position, maneuvering your feet so that they are on top of the ball. At this point, you’ll have to use your stomach muscles to draw your knees and the ball closer to you.
