In particular, leg lifts are a great way to exercise your abdominal muscles, which can result in less stomach fat over time.
The best way to use leg lifts to sculpt your stomach area is to lie supine on your back and slowly raise one leg up off the floor to a 45 degree angle. Hold this position for about five seconds or so. This pause is important, because that is the time you need to focus on stretching those abdominal muscles out. Then slowly lower your leg back to the floor and repeat the process with the other leg.
