Top 10 Exercises for Stomach Fat Loss

Exercise Ball Balancing

If you’re one of those people who simply don’t have time for a full exercise routine, have no fear–there’s plenty of ways for you to exercise while at work or at home. One of the simplest ways to exercise your core on a semi-constant basis is to switch out your traditional chair for an inflatable exercise ball. When you sit on the exercise ball, you constantly use your stomach muscles, leading to passive tone and definition.

An exercise ball can be used while you’re at home chatting on the phone, but it can also be used instead of your office chair at work. Working on your stomach muscles for hours a day will help you whittle away extra weight you carry in your belly. Remember that the proper posture on the ball is key; as you sit, be sure to occasionally focus on keeping yourself still and your back straight.
