Nutritious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Moms all over the world have become accustomed to chasing people away from the cookie dough in the refrigerator. This vegan dish provides a healthy alternative to standard chocolate chip cookie dough.

Peel some potatoes, chop them up, and boil the potatoes in a pot for about 20 minutes. Add the potatoes directly to the food processor and toss in vanilla, nut butter,l and maple syrup. Place the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes and stir in the chocolate chips before serving.
