Roasted Butternut Squash

You would be surprised by how wonderful a bowl of squash tastes along with the added subtle ingredients. The file addition of Kale is packed with minerals and the pecan and almond bring in a dash of incredible omega-3. The light Parmesan made from yeast provides the right amount of taste factor.

Peel and dice up the squash and add some parsley, garlic, olive oil and salt tot the squash and bake it. Meanwhile, mix up some almonds, pecans, yeast, olive oil and salt and grind them up. Stir in some chopped kale and serve over the roasted squash for a wholesome meal.
