Civet Coffee (Kopi Luwak)
Kopi Luwak, also known as civet coffee, is a result of a much different harvesting process. Kopi Luwak is made from beans that are digested and passed by civets. It’s said to produce much more flavorful roasts due to the fact that civets only consume the highest-quality beans. Therefor, only the most superb beans are chosen to brew the coffee with.
