Cold Brew Coffee
Coffee normally contains high levels of chlorogenic acid when made in most mainstream filtration systems. However, by using a cold press such as the Toddy System, you can reduce the acidity, which can be highly beneficial health-wise. Cold brews also have longer shelf lives, and can last up to 2 weeks! The process takes about 12 to 14 hours, but due to all of it’s positive aspects, it’s definitely worth the time spent!
