While it doesn’t score as high as the previous schools, Irvine Unified School District also rates highly on test scores for each of the schools that fall within its bounds. Massive in proportions, it includes 35 schools and over 28,000 students altogether. With so many schools and students attending, the district still manages to ensure that 86 percent of students meet or exceed national standards for math and English.

Irvine Unified School District uses modern teaching methods, including the Integrated Math Pathway. This helps to ensure that no student is left behind. With plenty of money invested in special education, extra-curricular programs, and other special needs areas, they do an excellent job of ensuring that students don’t become just a number.
