Yes, it is a month, and yes many parents do take this option when it comes to naming their child. But, it is also believed that the Fault in Our Stars film which was released last year has something to do with the jump in this name, when it comes to naming boys in the previous year, and early in 2015. Whether it is the month they are born in, or the movie, this seems like a nice name for either a boy or girl.
