Be Cooperative
Yes, it is a difficult time and it might seem like there are unnecessary delays. Cooperation is critical during this time. Make sure you keep on top of things, but also do as they say.
You don’t want to have your claim denied simply because you miss a date, or don’t present a document requested of you. Keep your cool, and try to cooperate, even when you are frustrated with the adjuster and your insurer.
