Act Civil
Acting civil and in the proper manner is important in a much smoother claims process. They are going to frustrate you, say things you don’t want to hear, and it’ll seem as though they are trying to undermine you through the entire process.
Keep your cool, act rationally, and don’t try to undermine them in return. By remaining level headed, not only will you think clearly, it will make it easier on you to get what you are looking for out of the claim.
