Take Photos
Make sure you see the evidence and capture it. Take photos of the car, of victims, injuries, the street, the other driver’s car, license plate, and anything else that may be relevant.
Do your best. Of course you aren’t the police so there are some things you can’t do, and some things you won’t know. But, the more you can present to your insurer, the better.
