Call the Police
Notify the police. They have to appear at the scene of the crime, write up accident reports, take witness statements, get ambulatory help, and so forth.
The police can end up determining fault through questions and evidence. Its important if you are involved in a car accident of any sort, that you call them immediately, and make sure you are honest and forthcoming with all answers you give.
