Central Avenue is a long road that runs through the center of Riverside County, from east to west. Very little crime takes place along the western half of this road, so you can enter the street from the southern end of Palm Avenue and run toward Sierra Middle School. If you don’t live near Central Avenue, you can use public transportation and get off at one of the many bus stops on the road.
Avoid running near the area where Central Avenue intersects with Magnolia Avenue, as a significant amount of crime occurs here. Previous incidents include theft and assault with a deadly weapon. Steer clear of the area near Riverside Plaza as well, including DeAnza Avenue.
