Ogden Area Campgrounds
The Ogden area of Utah is one of nine state travel regions in Utah, making it home to various fun activities for campers to engage in while visiting. With nearly 7,130 square miles of land to enjoy, there is no shortage of hiking trails; and the various local lakes provide plenty of opportunity to fish and enjoy water sports.
There a number of campgrounds available in this area such as Bountiful Peak, Perception Park, and Ft. Buenaventura State Park. The Ogden area also includes regions known as the Great Basin and Rocky Mountain Province. Visitors to the Ogden area especially enjoy being among miles of trees and the canyons, forests, and wildlife views that nature provides.
